Personality:
being shunned upon his hole life cole as grown up thinking that the mist village was a evil place. for every thing that he has gone through living here and he has even grown to hate being apart of the village. he don't have any friends because of what happened to him as a child they don't like him. he pretends to be nice so no one will think anything of him. while in the mean time he plans on getting strong enough to leave the village and eventually come back and destroy it. in order to purge the world of its evil. mentally he is very smart and plans out every move in battle. he learned all of his jutsu easier then most would because he has a photographic memory. which comes into play a lot in battle. because he can effectively size his enemy's up.

Clan Name: Aokiji
Kekkei Genkai:The Aokiji clan has the interesting ability to manipulate Physical forms of water. This gives them favorable dominion over both water and ice. This also gives them an interesting version of Hyouton, or the \\\'Ice\\\' Advanced element that is considered a combination element of both water and wind.
However, in the case of the Aokiji clan, it works in a very unique way. First, Ice isn't created by cooling or freezing water, but rather, compacting water into a solid form in a brute force sort of method with chakra which gives the illusion of the appearence to ice, even some of the jutsu like Demonic Ice Mirrors look remarkablely like ice to the point that they even appeare to be melting. This appearance is actually the chakra into the ice breaking down and letting water escape the feel of the ice is thought to be cold but the process in which its created actually makes it hot but the brain tricks itself ,at first, to believe it is real ice. The ice is so dense it acts differently than normal ice and cannot be melted or broken by the normal methods. However, one must have some manner of moisture in order to create Ice; no water, no ice. This means in arid and dry environments, the over all ability of the clan is weakened. It also means that ice cannot be simply created from nothing as other elements would (however moisture in the air can be used to create ice). Also unlike most other elements, one of the Aokiji clan is only allowed water and ice elements, and cannot use the wind element that is a foundation for ice.
In addition to manipulating water in this way, the members of the Aokiji clan have gained the ability to be able to form their own bodies into the same ice like form, which in effect, allows them to become part of any water like substance, including the ice in which they create. This is not, however, a self changing form and a clan member cannot use this technique to change the physical form of their own bodies.
Because of the inherent focus on speed, normally members of this clan are very lean in body build, and usually are just faster than normal shinobi of the same rank.

A very old clan some say it was originally founded in the land of snow because of the appearent ability to control ice, this idealism is in fact not true. Actually being from Kirigakure, the bloodline of the clan slowly developed their abilities to surpass the normal forms of water manipulation, creating the special and more advanced version of it over many years. The secretiveness of the members has longed since saved them from extinction, and they have stayed to the shadows only being acknowledged in great times of chaos and war for the power of the clan. Since long before the great war, these shinobi have slipped passed the watchful eye of thier chosen village, Kirigakura, and have stayed in it to help protect it from surrounding nations, as such, most of the members of this clan are very adament about the safety of this village, even though they are not part of its normal political structures.

History:
child hood
he was born in the mist village. everyday he was trained by his father to learn the ways of his clans power. his father was hard on him and always took the harder missions, with his father being an anbu he got to know just how the shinobi world work.
academy student
his father enrolled him into the academy when he was 5. he was the top student in his class beating all they other kids to all the answers. the teacher took extra care of him and taught him more than they other kids, because of his kekkei genkai. one day the teacher told him to meat him out back and he would teach him a new jutsu, but he would have to wait till it was night time so that know one else would see it. cole walks to the back of the school and waits for his teacher. after about two hours he finally sees his teacher coming, but he looked like he was ready to fight. cole prepares him self as his teacher walks up to him with a sword. he goes to swing the sword and cole closes his eyes in fear. out of instinct along cole uses his kekkei genkai to create spikes come up from the ground. when he opens his eyes he sees his father standing their with his sword blocking his teachers sword. but they both had a spike sticking through them. cole was found that morning by the students coming back to school. he was not punished for this because their was evidence that proved that he was only protecting him self and he didn't know his father was their.
genin
after graduating from the academy the next year after his father died. he was put into a group with two other genin and a jounin. he was consider to be a great shinobi by his jounin leader. his team was one of the 2 teams from the mist to enter the chuunin exams that year. his team and him didn't think they were ready but his leader insisted that they competed. all three of them made it through the written test with out any problems. they were the first team to make it through the forest of death, and they all did exceptionally well in the final tournament. even the final round was between him and his team mate. he won the round and was promoted to chuunin along with his team.
chuunin
after the chuunin exams he started to take solo missions from the Mizukage him self. mostly they were just hunting down missing nins but every know and then they would have him do an assassination mission. after about three months of hunting and killing he started to get tired of just following orders and killing who ever they said. he goes up to the mizukaga and asks if he could be given another job other than just killing. it was then that he found out why he was promoted. the mizukaga told him that they only other job he would be good at would be to cool his drinks. angry at the mizukage for saying something like this. he stopped taking jobs from the mizukage. seeing that their were no other way to get him to work for him again he promoted him to jounin.
jounin
after being promoted to jounin he got his own team of gennin to teach and hopefully take them to the chuunin exams as well. not long after they got introduced to each other a war started between the mist and the leaf, and the chuunin exams were not held that year or the next. he didn't get to be with his team very much either because he was sent on missions to help defeat the leaf. he was never told what started the war but when the mizukage died of old age and a the new mizukaga was named he stopped the war and their was peace once again. the new mizukaga found great use in cole and promoted him to anbu.
anbu
with his promotion he was the youngest anbu in the mist at the age of 12. quickly gaining the respect from his superiors he was awarded again by the mizukaga by becoming an anbu captain at 13. he was very good at his job and had never failed on a mission. his squad was they most recognized squad and was given the most dangers assignments. after 5 years as an anbu captain he couldn't take being in the mist anymore. he had decided that he had gained enough strength to leave the village and look for they Akatsuki. he knew that they of all people will be able to assist him in destroying the mist.

cole's setting in his office with the window open feeling the cool breeze come in and hit his face. on his desk their is a stack of twenty or more papers needing his signature. he gets up and walks out on the balcony. as he steps out he feels the mist hit his cloths making them damp. "man i don't want to do that paper work. some times i just wish i could go back and be an anbu captain again. it was so easy back then i just lead my team to do what we were told". he says to him self while looking over the village. then a gust of wind comes through blowing his robe. he comes back in and sets back down at his desk shutting the window behind him.
cole hears a knock at the door and yells to come in. in walks his top adviser khan, hes wearing his normal blue robe with a yellow sash and sandals. "my lord the council has sent me to tell you that the bandits have robbed yet another caravan of goods" he says. "has the anbu not located them yet. if not then send all of our forces out their that is not on guard right now and tell them not to come back till everyone of them is wiped out. if they are going to still from innocent people then they deserve to die" cole tells him.
khan turns around and walks back out the door. as he walks out you can tell that he has every intention of carrying out his orders. cole sets turns back to his paper work thinking that he had better get started because its not going to do it self. the first paper is a mission requiring that a trader needs protection from bandits that have bean robbing their caravan. cole sees this as a problem that his people are having to pay the village in order to get their goods back in forth from village to village. and decides that he himself will help in the extermination of the bandits.
cole gets up and takes his robe off and straps his sword to his back from when he was an anbu and jumps out the window on to the roof. he then runs at the wall and jumps its landing on the ground out side the wall. he then runs into the woods wanting more than anything to find and kill the bandits that has bean causing all of the problems for his village.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: A variation of the normal body flicker, this jutsu has been more refined by the clan to allow many more uses then the standard technique, the specialty of this jutsu is that it allows the clan members to almost teleport between nearby patches of water, or the special mirrors of the clan, the maximum range of this style is only about twenty feet however. The amount of times this can be used, while in the mirrors, is four times before another E ranked amount of chakra is used, while outside of the mirrors the effects lesson and it performs like a normal body flicker except it will need nearby patches of water or shards of the clans ice large enough to be able to hide the body in (roughly around a two feet by one foot pane of glass like ice)

Description: The Aokiji Clan member freezes the ground around him about 10 yards in diameter. this will make it almost impossible with out help to keep one from sliding. at higher level the jutsu will turn it into a dome and the radius of they attack is also increased by another 10 yards and it reaches 5 yards high. this attack may be broken out of by any high level jutsu (B and up) how ever the ice created as a high tolerance to fire and water meaning that the jutsu must be even stronger. (at least A rank) further more they aokiji clan member may use their advance body flicker while in said of they dome.

Description: The Aokiji Clan member rubes their hand down their shoe or their Allys shoe and little spikes of ice come up from the soul's of their feet. this allows them to walk over different terrain with out slipping including cole's Ice jutsu.

This attack will not do hardly any damage unless the enemy lands wrong. it is just a way to knock them down. to give them time for a bigger jutsu. (this jutsu does not require any hand signs and can only slide about 10 feet before the ice melts)

Description:they Aokiji clan member may absorb ice back into their body's in order to heal any wound that they may receive. the rank of the user determines what they will be able to heal. at C rank they will be only able to heal minor to mild bruising. at B rank the user will be able to heal major bruising to minor broken bones. at A rank the user will be able to heal major broken bones to minor cuts. and at S rank the user will be able to heal major cuts. they may not be able to grow back limbs or any thing like that. and it takes two post to heal after the starting post.

Description: The user's hands gather to finish a few handseals quickly. Afterwards, the user extends their arms to their fullest and to the back farther and farther. At the palms of the user, and away from the opponent's sight, two ice shurikens start to form and even slowly spin. The user then violently pushes both arms ahead, possibly crossing them, flinging the two shurikens at the opponent. The shurikens are light and thinner than normal shurikens, but that only gives them more speed and more pain-inflection due to being sharp and cold.

Description:This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. By forming the ice into a large lens, the user can hover in the sky to focus the rays of the sun into a powerful beam capable of melting and exploding the pinpointed area.

Name:A Thousand Needles of Death

Description:Using this jutsu, Haku gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Haku is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing him to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

Description:Using his kekkei genkai, Haku can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Haku can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror Haku is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.
Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to at least low level fire techniques (Sasuke's Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was barely able to make the rim frost melt).

Physical Description:
Cuby is only a cub with white fur that is normally dirty from playing in the dirt. he stands about knee high on all fours and about waste high on two legs. he is normally playful and don't like to fight. but he is one of the best at finding things and/or people with his sense of smell.

Story: Cuby was the first summon cole could do after finding the scroll in a hidden compartment at his parents house. Cole is really close to Cuby because of that and somtimes will summon him just to have some one to talk to. cuby always comes when summoned because he has grown quit found of cole as well. cuby can't really fight but he is always willing to help cole no matter how strong they opponent is, even if this means he has to die he would not hesitate.

Physical Description:
Clood is waist tall on all fours and as tall as cole on two lags. he is muscular with full grown claws and teeth. he is still young and just now became a hunter bear. he is prideful and sometimes wont listen to cole, or thinks that cole should listen to him. but he keeps allowing cole to summon him so that he can get combat experience and become a stronger hunter.

Story: this is the second summon that cole could do after training with the scroll he found. he don't really like to summon Clood because they really don't get along very well like him and cuby does. but sometimes he needs his strength and has no choice but to summon him. in which they fight because they are just as strong as each other, and clood thanks that he should be able to lead as well.

Physical Description:
snoorlax is a giant polar bear standing almost twice the size of cole on two legs and is as tall as him on all four. snoorlax is a lazy bear and spends most of his time sleeping and eating which is way he is so big. he don't like to fight because he says that its to much work to have to move.

Story: this is the third summon that cole will be able to perform. like the previous it is thanks to the scroll that he found in his parents house. the first time he summoned snoorlax he was told that if he wanted to do it again that he better have food or snoorlax wouldn't come to his aid. because snoolax is a fat and lazy bear with unbelievable strength. he requires that food every so often or he will be crippled with hunger.

Physical Description:
by far he is the biggest polar bear and the strongest. standing at 35 feet tall on two legs and 16 feet tall on all four. he is very clean and has powerful arms and legs that are capable of crushing just about what ever he sees fit to crush. his claws are 3 to 4 inches long and his teeth are about 4 to 5 inches long.

Story: this will be the fourth summon that cole gains from they scroll that he found in his parents house. clum is the king of the polar bears and because of that he shows no respect for cole because of his size. but eventually like cole after seeing just how strong he is with his ice element. clum will then think of cole as a student and will come to his aid when ever he has an opponent that clum deans worthy of fighting.

History and RP Sample:
History:
child hood
he was born in the mist village. everyday he was trained by his father to learn the ways of his clans power. his father was hard on him and always took the harder missions, with his father being an anbu he got to know just how the shinobi world work.
academy student
his father enrolled him into the academy when he was 5. he was the top student in his class beating all they other kids to all the answers. the teacher took extra care of him and taught him more than they other kids, because of his kekkei genkai. one day the teacher told him to meat him out back and he would teach him a new jutsu, but he would have to wait till it was night time so that know one else would see it. cole walks to the back of the school and waits for his teacher. after about two hours he finally sees his teacher coming, but he looked like he was ready to fight. cole prepares him self as his teacher walks up to him with a sword. he goes to swing the sword and cole closes his eyes in fear. out of instinct along cole uses his kekkei genkai to create spikes come up from the ground. when he opens his eyes he sees his father standing their with his sword blocking his teachers sword. but they both had a spike sticking through them. cole was found that morning by the students coming back to school. he was not punished for this because their was evidence that proved that he was only protecting him self and he didn't know his father was their.
genin
after graduating from the academy the next year after his father died. he was put into a group with two other genin and a jounin. he was consider to be a great shinobi by his jounin leader. his team was one of the 2 teams from the mist to enter the chuunin exams that year. his team and him didn't think they were ready but his leader insisted that they competed. all three of them made it through the written test with out any problems. they were the first team to make it through the forest of death, and they all did exceptionally well in the final tournament. even the final round was between him and his team mate. he won the round and was promoted to chuunin along with his team.
chuunin
after the chuunin exams he started to take solo missions from the Mizukage him self. mostly they were just hunting down missing nins but every know and then they would have him do an assassination mission. after about three months of hunting and killing he started to get tired of just following orders and killing who ever they said. he goes up to the mizukaga and asks if he could be given another job other than just killing. it was then that he found out why he was promoted. the mizukaga told him that they only other job he would be good at would be to cool his drinks. angry at the mizukage for saying something like this. he stopped taking jobs from the mizukage. seeing that their were no other way to get him to work for him again he promoted him to jounin.
jounin
after being promoted to jounin he got his own team of gennin to teach and hopefully take them to the chuunin exams as well. not long after they got introduced to each other a war started between the mist and the leaf, and the chuunin exams were not held that year or the next. he didn't get to be with his team very much either because he was sent on missions to help defeat the leaf. he was never told what started the war but when the mizukage died of old age and a the new mizukaga was named he stopped the war and their was peace once again. the new mizukaga found great use in cole and promoted him to anbu.
anbu
with his promotion he was the youngest anbu in the mist at the age of 12. quickly gaining the respect from his superiors he was awarded again by the mizukaga by becoming an anbu captain at 13. he was very good at his job and had never failed on a mission. his squad was they most recognized squad and was given the most dangers assignments. after 5 years as an anbu captain he couldn't take being in the mist anymore. he had decided that he had gained enough strength to leave the village and look for they Akatsuki. he knew that they of all people will be able to assist him in destroying the mist.
Rp Sample:
cole's setting in his office with the window open feeling the cool breeze come in and hit his face. on his desk their is a stack of twenty or more papers needing his signature. he gets up and walks out on the balcony. as he steps out he feels the mist hit his cloths making them damp. "man i don't want to do that paper work. some times i just wish i could go back and be an anbu captain again. it was so easy back then i just lead my team to do what we were told". he says to him self while looking over the village. then a gust of wind comes through blowing his robe. he comes back in and sets back down at his desk shutting the window behind him.
cole hears a knock at the door and yells to come in. in walks his top adviser khan, hes wearing his normal blue robe with a yellow sash and sandals. "my lord the council has sent me to tell you that the bandits have robbed yet another caravan of goods" he says. "has the anbu not located them yet. if not then send all of our forces out their that is not on guard right now and tell them not to come back till everyone of them is wiped out. if they are going to still from innocent people then they deserve to die" cole tells him.
khan turns around and walks back out the door. as he walks out you can tell that he has every intention of carrying out his orders. cole sets turns back to his paper work thinking that he had better get started because its not going to do it self. the first paper is a mission requiring that a trader needs protection from bandits that have bean robbing their caravan. cole sees this as a problem that his people are having to pay the village in order to get their goods back in forth from village to village. and decides that he himself will help in the extermination of the bandits.
cole gets up and takes his robe off and straps his sword to his back from when he was an anbu and jumps out the window on to the roof. he then runs at the wall and jumps its landing on the ground out side the wall. he then runs into the woods wanting more than anything to find and kill the bandits that has bean causing all of the problems for his village.
