The technique is also used by jacob to create formidable creatures which bear the traits of multiple animals. jacob has used this technique to steal four Kekkei Genkai: Storm Release, Dark Release, Steel Release, and Swift Release.

In order to properly acquire Kekkei Genkai, Jacob must meet one of the three conditions; Heaven, Earth and Human. These correspond with the Eclipse, Location and Human Sacrifices, respectively. When assimilating victims, jacob's body exudes a large mass of deep blue, viscous fluid that covers a large area. While assimilating victims, he can use the fluid to attack enemies with gelatinous, reforming (and rebounding) extensions.

Description:After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks, the amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. When used with jacobs enormous chakra, even dry wastelands can become similar to a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water release jutsu.

birth: he was born in the leaf village on the outskirts of the village his mother died given birth to him and all he had left was his father an his sister his father was one of the great sanin and taught him everything he knew about being a ninja but his talent relied on a large amount of chakra control so he learned at an early age how to do normal jutsu before he was even in the academy such as walking on water or climbing trees. they said he was a true prodigy

academy: at the age of 4 he started at the academy excelling higher than all the others in his class to the point that in his first year he became a genin he was the youngest ever to achieve genin level at the age of 5

genin: he started doing small mission by himself until he meet his team he would be working with his father and his sister was one of his because of this he was pushed vary hard by his father till one day while he was still recovering from an injury on the last mission his whole team was killed including his father and sister by a group of ninjas that was traitors of the lea f and lead them into a trap then killed them by burning them to death. he was never the same later on he was sent for by the kage and he was told he would become a chunin with out having to take the exam because he had already surpassed that level of training

chunin Jacob was so depressed from him being the only person left alive in his entire family that he felt no remorse for any one who opposed the leaf so he began to train and take suicide missions to push him self to the point to release his full potential but for some reason he could never find an opponent that could push him hard enough he wanted to die so much that he even challenge the mizukage him self but for some reason he was too strong even for someone hokage status to kill in the end he was the last man left but badly hurt he was in the medical ward when a man came through his window he had log white hair and bandages all over his body he told jacob if he wanted to get stronger the only way was to come with him he was an old friend of his fathers and he could show him how to release his true potential. but jacob still being loyal to the leaf would not just leave them to runaway and train the man told him when he knows the truth to call his name and he will find him just say raishin my boy then he dissapeared in a large black flame.
