standing 5.10 feet weighing 120 pounds wearing a black sleeveless shirt halfway tucked into his black cargo pants, he uses his forehead protector to hold his hair up while covering his left sharingan eye. his hair starts out silver at the roots and the higher it goes it turns into solid black. his sword stays strapped to his back, but the handle is on the bottom left of his back instead of at the top like most swords men. he keeps a roll of kuni wrapped around his left leg, and has bandages around the bottom calf of his right leg. his hands are taped from half way up his fore arms to his second knuckles.

Personality:
Kains lazy expression told with a single eye, aloof manner, relaxed voice and minimalist attitude, Kain can be relied upon to provide comic relief through his lack of attention. However, when required to be serious, Kain quickly switches to the polar opposite, focusing himself on the subject and not missing a single thing. He has a lot of respect for those who are close to him like his father for example, and would follow their orders to the letter. he is an easy guy to get along with and believes that those that don't follow orders are trash but those who leave their teammates behind are worse then trash.

It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms in the victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or withing three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to withing ten feet of the user. This technique is incapacitating for a full ten seconds (meaning two combat posts) and is strong enough to stop a human heart if concentrated and directed correctly. As the effects wear off a person may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused

Description: A basic lightening jutsu requiring two hand seals. The user performs the two seals and concentrates their chakra into their hands creating a negative charge in their hands opposite a positive charge in the air, created by the release of chakra from the body. The two charges create an area extending one foot away from the charged hands of the user that is filled with miniature lightening. The lightening creates a bright white flash that is capable of blinding, and creates a pressure wave that sweeps forward in a 180 degree ark from one side of the user to the other. The pressure wave can rupture ear drums and at close to medium range can knock a person off their feet (melee-20ft aprox). If a person is actually within the foot range of the hands severe electrocution will follow. This technique is built to disorient, not as a melee attack.

Origin:
forged by his great(x3) grandfather and passed down through his family from father to son upon graduating from the academy. the chain had a seal put on it that allowed it to extend and retract up to a certain amount.



History and RP Sample:
History:
birth
born in the mist village, his mother died given birth to him. for this his father was tough on him in his training making him train all the time. some times not getting to sleep for days at a time. his father also taught him how to have fun and enjoy life as well and not to take stuff to seriously. when he wasn't training that is. in his free time he would get to go to the lake and swim with his friends or go out to eat. as long as his father didn't find out about it. because his father saw it as a wast of time and energy and if you have energy to swim you can train.

academy
his father enrolled him in the academy when he was 5 and he graduated the same year. because his father wouldn't let him do anything but train night and day everything that he had learned from the academy. he quickly learned and mastered all academy jutsu. because of this he graduated top of his class with honers. most of his days in the academy was filled with blood and sweat from his brutal training sessions with his father. he would some times sneak out of his house at night after his father went to bed, and go set at the lake and relax just to get away from all the tension that his father created with his training. he didn't make it home one time before his father got up and because of that he didn't get to sleep for 3 days strait. his days consisted of training then the academy and then training again he would get to stop once every 8 hours for food.

genin
his first year out of the academy he entered the chuunin exams. he was defeated in the semifinals by tobito uchiha. it was a tough match but he hadn't ever face a sharingan user let alone a fully developed one at that. he left the exam still a genin and ashamed that he couldn't defeat his opponent.
he continued to train even harder learning more jutsu. then when the mist and the leaf got into a fight over something that was never clearly said. he got throw into a squad with vosaku momochi and a medical nin named rasha. they were suppose to get some Intel from a low guarded base in the outskirts of the mist. when he ran into tobito again guarding the base.
after a short scrummage between the two teams and his team having the upper hand. tobito offered a deal to Jacob saying that if he put up his most praised possession being his sword that tobito would put up his sharingan (tobito knew that he would never take a deal to leave without putting something big up for grabs as well) and they would have to leave. Jacob took the deal against his team mates warnings. after a long battle Jacob finally gets in a fatal blow to Tobito. piercing him thew his chest with his sword. Tobito's team leaves as agreed a-pone and rasha removes Tobito's sharingan eye and gives it to Jacob.
after they return to the village jacob passes out from chakra loss. he wakes up 3 days later in the hospital and is informed that he will have to keep his knew eye covered up when not using it or he could die since it drains chakra constantly, and that prolonged use would put him right back in the hospital bed.
know he as trained with it and learned how long he can use it. (after many trips to the hospital) now he is looking to serve his village again and can't wait till the next chuunin exams. because he knows he will become a chuunin.

Rp Sample:
Jacobs walking up to the gate, and sees two other shinobi standing their. he thinks to himself they must be his team mates for this mission. he sees one sitting down leaned against his giant sword that was sticking in the ground. he has his arms crossed and is sitting Indian style. they other one is a young female shinobi and appears to be a medical ninja from the equipment that she had on her. jacob walks up and says "high i'm jacob i'm here for the mission". vosaku looks up at him and says "your late" in a stern voice. they all get ready and head out of the village.
they run throw the woods jumping from tree to tree. with the occasional complaint about the speed that jacob is going, and his same answer ever time that their is no need to be in a hurry. they travel for about an hour.
finally they stop after they see the base in order to come up with a plane and to catch their breath. vosaku says that he should create a mist so thick that no one can see, and they find their way to the base threw sound. rasha says that, that would be a good idea if they all could find their way with nothing but sound like him. when jacobs plane was to split up and come at it from different angles but stay within ear shot if anything came up. they took this plan and headed out towards the base.
(this is what happened before the fight were he got his one eyed sharingan)
